Is there really a free plan?
Yes — and while we're in early access, nothing is gated: every feature is available on every plan, free included. We'll announce plan limits clearly before any are enforced.
If nothing is gated, what am I paying for?
Honestly: you're backing the product early. Paid plans fund development, lock in launch pricing permanently, and get you direct email support and a louder voice on the roadmap. Items marked 'Planned' don't exist yet.
Can I switch plans or cancel any time?
Yes. Billing runs on Stripe. There's no self-serve billing portal yet — email hello@qrpolls.com and a human will change or cancel your plan the same day.
Who owns the data my audience submits?
You do. Export poll results as CSV or delete a poll — responses included — at any time. We can't sign DPAs yet; see the security page for our honest posture.
Do you have discounts for teachers, schools, and nonprofits?
No automated program yet, but we want you here — email hello@qrpolls.com and we'll work something out.
Will my audience need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code, a mobile browser opens, and they vote. No account, no app, no install.
Do you offer an SLA?
No. We're too young for an uptime promise to mean anything, and we won't publish one until we have real history behind it.
