By accessing or using QR Polls (“the Service”), operated at qrpolls.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QR Polls provides interactive polling & live quiz games. The Service is provided “as is” and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Scrape, crawl, or spider the Service without written permission
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by QR Polls or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 6. User Content

If you submit content to the Service, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with operating the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QR Polls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
